Terms of Service

These Terms govern the rights and obligations between Roamis(operated by: 주식회사 지모바일 (G-Mobile Co., Ltd.), a company incorporated in the Republic of Korea, Business Registration No. 623-87-02156; "we", "us") and you regarding the use of our travel eSIM products and related services (website and app, the "Services"). By using the Services or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Services

We sell eSIM data products for travelers. An eSIM is delivered via a QR code / activation code that you install on a compatible device. The actual connectivity is provided over the local mobile carrier's network at each destination.

2. Account

You may purchase as a guest without registration, or register via email/phone or social login (Kakao/Naver/Google/Apple/WeChat).
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your credentials secure.
You must not impersonate others or provide false information.

3. Orders and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the product page (KRW/CNY/USD, etc.); applicable taxes may be included or shown separately at checkout.
Payments are processed by our payment processor (Toss Payments); we do not store full card numbers.
An order is formed when payment is successfully authorized. We may refuse or cancel an order due to lack of stock, suspected fraud, or error, and will refund the amount paid in such cases.
Where a displayed price contains an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund.

4. eSIM delivery and activation

After payment, the eSIM (QR code / activation code) is delivered and viewable on your order page.
You are responsible for confirming your device's eSIM compatibility before purchase. We provide a compatibility checker and installation guidance.
As the eSIM is a digital good, refunds after you view the QR/activation code or activate the plan are governed by the Refund Policy.

Install within 90 days of issuance

Please install your eSIM within 90 days of issuance. After that period the carrier may no longer allow installation, and in that case a refund is not available either.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

Commercially resell or redistribute purchased eSIMs or data (including bulk purchase or resale not for personal use).
Abuse the Services or network for unlawful purposes, spam, intrusion, or excessive traffic.
Interfere with the operation of the Services or attempt to bypass security.
Violate applicable law or the local carrier's terms of use.

We may restrict access or terminate the agreement, without prior notice, for violations.

6. Intellectual property

All rights in the Services and their content (trademarks, logos, text, design, software, etc.) belong to us or the rightful owners. You may not copy, distribute, or make derivative use of them without our prior written consent.

7. Provision and changes to the Services

We strive to provide stable Services, but they may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance or upstream network conditions. We may change product composition and prices upon prior notice; changes do not apply retroactively to orders already formed.

8. Disclaimers

Actual connectivity (speed, coverage, connection quality) depends on the local mobile carrier's network at each destination and may be affected by factors beyond our control (local network conditions, device settings, local environment, etc.).
We strive to honor the specifications shown on the product page (covered regions, speed policy, etc.), but we are not liable for temporary quality degradation due to local conditions absent our intent or gross negligence.
We are not responsible for failure to activate due to your device's incompatibility or configuration errors (however, provisioning failure attributable to us is fully refunded under Section 4 of the Refund Policy).

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount paid for the order giving rise to the issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (lost profits, lost opportunity, etc.). This Section does not apply to our intent or gross negligence, nor to liability that mandatory law does not permit us to exclude.

10. Refunds and privacy

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Disputes will first be resolved by good-faith negotiation; failing that, the courts of the Republic of Korea have jurisdiction.

Consumers in Korea, China and the EU may be protected by mandatory rules (e.g., the right to sue in their home courts), so the governing-law/jurisdiction clause may not be fully enforceable against consumers.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms in light of legal or service changes; we will post the effective date and content within the Services. Material changes adverse to users take effect after prior notice.
