Korea-market Galaxy caution
Note in particular that many Korea-market Galaxy models before the S23 do not support eSIM — please double-check.
Requirements
Roamis needs two things — ① an eSIM-capable device, and ② a carrier-unlocked device (no SIM lock).
Most recent iPhones and global/newer Galaxy phones support eSIM.

How to check
iPhone
- Go to Settings → General → About and scroll down — if there’s an "EID" entry, your iPhone supports eSIM.
- Or check Settings → Cellular for an "Add eSIM" option.
Galaxy / Android
- In Settings → Connections → SIM Manager, if "Add eSIM" appears, your phone supports it. If not, it may be unsupported.
- You can also dial `*#06#` and check whether an EID number is shown.
If it’s not supported
If your device doesn’t support eSIM and you can’t install, and you haven’t bought yet, just check first with no worries.
We can also suggest using a different eSIM-capable device (a spare family phone, etc.) via support. When in doubt, ask us on 24h KakaoTalk.

If you already purchased and the device can’t install because it doesn’t support eSIM, you get a 100% refund while unused, within 90 days.
