Install Guide

Install your Roamis eSIM in just a few taps.

For iPhone and Galaxy/Android alike, we guide you through one-tap, QR, and manual (LPA) install.

Before you start

  • Installation needs Wi-Fi or data. Install before departure on your home or hotel Wi-Fi.
  • Install before you go; activate (start using data) after you arrive.
  • An eSIM can be hard to reissue once installed, so keep your QR — don't delete it.
  • If anything goes wrong, 24h KakaoTalk support helps; if a device issue prevents install, you get a 100% refund.

Three ways to install

① One-tap install (iOS universal link) ② Scan QR ③ Manual entry (LPA). Pick the method that fits your device and situation.

iPhone (iOS)

Method A: One-tap install (easiest)

    Tap the install button

    Tap the [Install eSIM] button on the order page or in your email/KakaoTalk.

  2. 2

    Add the eSIM

    When "Add eSIM?" appears, follow the prompts: Continue → Done.

  3. 3

    Set the data line

    Give the line an easy label (e.g., "Travel Data") and set Roamis as your data line.

  4. 4

    Turn on Data Roaming

    After arrival, turn on Data Roaming for the Roamis line to connect.

Method B: Scan QR

  1. 1

    Open Add eSIM

    Go to Settings → Cellular/Mobile Data → Add eSIM.

  2. 2

    Scan the QR

    Choose Use QR Code and scan the Roamis QR shown on screen. *(Display the QR on another device to scan, or import it from Photos on the same device.)*

  3. 3

    Finish and set data line

    Continue → Done, then set Roamis as your data line.

Method C: Manual install (LPA)

  1. 1

    Choose manual entry

    Choose Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM → Enter Details Manually.

  2. 2

    Enter SM-DP+ and code

    Enter the SM-DP+ address and activation code provided by Roamis. *(Copy from your order/email.)*

  3. 3

    Finish and set data line

    Continue → Done, then set Roamis as your data line.

Galaxy / Android

Menu names can vary slightly by device/OS version. The steps below use Galaxy (One UI) as the example.

Method B: Scan QR (most common on Android)

    SIM Manager → Add eSIM

    Go to Settings → Connections → SIM Manager → Add eSIM.

  2. 2

    Add using QR code

    Choose Add using QR code and scan the Roamis QR.

  3. 3

    Set mobile data to Roamis

    Once downloaded, set Mobile data to Roamis.

  4. 4

    Turn on Data Roaming

    After arrival, turn on Data Roaming for the Roamis line.

Method C: Manual install (LPA)

  1. 1

    Choose manual entry

    In SIM Manager → Add eSIM, choose Enter code manually instead of QR.

  2. 2

    Enter activation code (LPA)

    Type or paste the Roamis activation code (LPA string).

  3. 3

    Set the data line

    After download, set Roamis as your data line.

After install checklist

  1. Is the Roamis line listed?
  2. Is data set to Roamis?
  3. Data Roaming ON at destination?
  4. Still nothing? Toggle airplane mode, select network manually.
