Can't install or use it? Free replacement
If the eSIM won't install or work, we'll send you a new one for free, and if it still doesn't work, we'll give you a full refund. Please install it within 90 days of issuance.
Full refund within 7 days if not installed
Unused eSIMs that haven't been installed are fully refunded within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, or once installed, we can't refund for a change of mind, a cancelled trip, or an unsupported device.
