After payment we send a guide link to your email. If your number can receive KakaoTalk Alimtalk, we send it there as well. Open the link, or find the QR code in your account, then scan it in your phone settings.
Unused eSIMs that haven't been installed are fully refunded within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, or once installed, we can't refund for a change of mind, a cancelled trip, or an unsupported device. If the eSIM won't install or work, we'll send you a new one for free, and if it still doesn't work, we'll give you a full refund. Please install your eSIM within 90 days of issuance. eSIMs not installed within 90 days of issuance can't be reissued or refunded.
Yes. The eSIM runs alongside your primary SIM for data, so you keep your own number for calls and texts.
